Site Notice        GTC Electron Microscopy We are equipped with refurbished and specially adapted electron  microscopes from Philips /FEI. Our SEM and TEM use lanthan-hexaboride cathodes for the additional “kick” in imaging. In this way we are able to work just above the  threshold of field emission microscopy.
